Limitation of Liability
Travellaza operates as a tour consultant and travel agent, facilitating tour packages provided by various operators and service providers. We cannot be held responsible for actions or failures of service providers or third parties beyond our control.

Exclusions from Liability
Travellaza shall not be liable for:

– Bodily injury, accidents, property damage, or personal loss due to various factors, including physical exertion, transportation, consumption of alcoholic beverages, high altitudes, natural occurrences, civil unrest, terrorism, or quality of medical services.
– Expenses such as meals, transportation, or hotel costs unless explicitly included in the tour package.
– Damage to clients’ personal belongings, including electronic devices, during the tour.

Assumption of Risks
Clients acknowledge the inherent risks associated with tours, including physical exertion, transportation challenges, consumption of alcohol, high altitudes, natural forces, exhaustion, civil unrest, terrorism, wildlife encounters, medical service availability, and luggage issues.

Release of Liability
Clients release Travellaza from liabilities arising during the tour, except those resulting from our negligence.

Payment and Pricing
Travellaza reserves the right to adjust tour prices without prior notice due to changes in airfares, Hotel rates, currency fluctuations, fuel prices, etc.

Cancellations and Refunds
Any cancellations done, refund will be subject to the terms and conditions given by airline or hotels.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mutual concent.
